Thanks for your suggestions of exercises! Will definitely try some of them! I don’t actually know what is wrong with my knees but my mum thinks I have loose kneecaps or something. I guess it could be linked to my dodgy ankles (slack ligaments and tendons. I’m supposed to wear insoles to stop my knees rolling in due to bad arches too but they are kinda lost :p)

I just got one of the fancy ipod touches for my birthday (from my very naughty but AMAZING boyfriend <3) and I am currently super addicted to cut the rope, draw something, fruit ninja and obviously instagram…. my normalish blogging will resume when I’m less addicted I guess!
