I stretched my septum on sunday and was fine when I did it and fine until the last couple of days or so…
It feels similar to the feeling of a bruise, the piercing area does not look sore or bruised at all though… (oh btw I’ve had it pierced for 5 years, so definitely healed!)
Maybe I knocked it in my sleep??

I have my septum pierced and I suffer from hayfever…
I’ve had the piercing for 5 years now so it is fully healed but it has gotten really sore around the piercing site from sneezing so much.
Any suggestions of something I can put on it??
